It depicts Scooby, Scrappy, Shaggy, Dafne, and other characters sitting on a magic carpet that has begun to fall from the sky. Animation and shot numbers are printed and handwritten on the lower margin. The clear plastic cel is set against a printed sky background. Includes a Classic Moments certificate of authenticity on the reverse.
