Newport Chippendale Style Secretary Desk

A dark wood Newport Chippendale style secretary desk. The desk features a slant top which drops down to reveal three vertical slotted compartments, separated by urn motif carvings from a small hinged door in the center with a carved shell design, and four small drawers beneath them. Below the slant top the desk has three serpentine stacked drawers. The piece sits on claw and ball feet. Each of the drawers has darkened brass willow mount hardware.
