A limited edition artist proof offset lithograph after a painting by Robert Wyland titled Tails of the Great Whales. It depicts the tail of a whale rising from the ocean surface with water streaming off it’s flukes. A remarque depicting a whale is drawn in the lower margin. The print is signed in the plate to the lower right and by hand to the margin and is numbered A/P 41/45 to the lower left. It is mounted under glass with layers of blue fabric covered liners in a natural finish wood frame that is wired for hanging.
