Pair of Jonathan Adler Stoneware "Pot au Porter" Serving Platters

Item Details

A pair of white contemporary stoneware serving platters from the Pot au Porter collection by American potter and designer Jonathan Adler (b. 1966), ca. 1990s. The serving pieces appear in a tear drop form with the tail end tapering to a point with the face of the fish being rounded with puckered lips. Both platters are unique. The more lustrous one is signed to the bottom with an embossed signature and outline base work. The other appears with an impressed stamp from Adler.

Condition

- small chip to the base of the more lustrous platter; some minor superficial scratches from use.
