Item Details

A handblown art glass vase created by notable California artist, John Barber. The tapered form vase features white glass with a shimmery metalic blue, green and gold iridescent overlay in a striped swirl pattern. The piece is signed to the underside.
John Barber studied under Erwin Eisch in Germany and at the State School for Glass Designs and Engineering in Germany. He also apprenticed under American Master Glass Artists, Harvey Littleton and Dale Chihuly. Currently his studio and gallery are in Laguna Beach, California.
