Depicted is vibrant landscape scene with a compacted verdant yellow and green strip of field is contrasted and complimented by the blue skies above and tranquil blue pond below. A small rural church appears in the distance. Lilies and tall grasses adorn the pond surface and bring a vibrancy to the lower half. Rendered thin applications of paint, and a layering of cool colors against warm colors. Signed and dated in paint to the lower left. Signed, dated, and titled to the verso.
