A Wheeler & Wilson treadle sewing machine and cabinet. The sewing machine is model D-9 and is marked ‘No 2381802’. The cabinet features: a rectangular hinged top which opens to the left, a compartment to hold the sewing machine in the top, a door with a mirrored panel and two glass panels displaying shelves of faux books, and a rectangular base slightly wider than the cabinet. The door has a key lock with no key. The wheel and treadle are hidden behind the door. The carved wood faux books are linked together by a hook and can be removed.
