Art Glass Plate by Stephen Schlanser

Item Details

A hand cut and polished art glass plate designed by Hawaiian artist, Stephen Schlanser. The plate is made from a piece of sheet glass which is heated to almost melting, carefully shaped and then hand cut, sandblasted and polished after cooling. It features the first and last stanza of The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost in raised gold letters. Signed and dated ’05 by the artist to the lower right edge. The plate is presented on a large plastic plate stand for display.

EBTH certifies this item is from the private collection of personal property formerly owned by Dr. Robert H. Schuller.
