Antique Swedish Four-Drawer Chest

Item Details

An antique Swedish four-drawer pine chest. This piece has a raised top with molding beneath and features four stacked, hand-dovetailed drawers. The drawers are embellished with figured walnut veneers to their fronts; the top drawer front is shaped. The piece stands on bracket feet and is marked ‘Från N. J. Søndells, Möbelmagasin Hernösand’ on a tag to the back. A key is included.
