Two 1920s Rookwood Pottery Vases
Item Details
A set of two pieces of 1920s Rookwood Pottery. Included is a small 1928 #2122 vase glazed in matte pink with pale green glazed details. It features fruit and leaf designs in low relief to the flared rim and is stamped with the Rookwood logo to the underside, next to stamped date and mold notations of ‘XXVIII, 2122’. Also featured is a similar 1926 #2855 Rookwood Pottery vase in blue. The item includes embossed floral designs to the exterior, as well as a stamp of ‘XXVI, 2855’ alongside a Rookwood Pottery mark to the underside.
Condition
- minor surface wear; light scuffing to underside of each base, with two small chips to underside of blue vase.
