Offset Lithographs After East Asian Paintings
Item Details
A pair of offset lithographs after East Asian paintings. One piece is after a Ming dynasty (1368-1644) painting of a basket of flowers by an unknown Chinese artist now held in the Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam. The second piece is after Quails and Flowers by Tosa Mitsuoki (土佐 光起, 1617-1691). Both pieces are presented behind a red mat and front glass encasing, held in a gold tone wooden frame with a wire to the verso for wall hanging.
Condition
- both frames missing one rubber cushion in lower left corner on verso; frames have minor nicks throughout.
Dimensions
- measurements of one frame; visible image measures 13.25" W x 12.5" H; both pieces measure approximately the same.
