An antique map of a Louisiana from the 1856 book The American Lawyer, from pages 278 and 279. Depicted is Louisiana in the mid-19th century, with the name of the state in decorative type bordered by printer’s ornaments. It is presented on a white backing under glass, in a wood frame with hanging wire affixed to the verso.

- minor scuffing to frame; toning and foxing to paper.
