A gold tone matchbox and ashtray. This round clear glass ashtray has a gold tone rim with a segmented design, suggesting bamboo, and a single flattened notch. The sliding matchbox has a similar bamboo-like border on the rectangular top surface. These pieces have no apparent maker’s marks.
