A carved wood dog. This piece depicts a seated blood hound with a long snout, tongue hanging out, floppy ears, and eager expression in its eyes. It has been painted hound colors, shades of burnt sienna, brown, and black, and finished with a glossy glaze. Unlike most hounds, this one has a short tail. It is unlabeled.

Condition

- there are some chips and scratches; the tail has been broken and repaired.
