A 1987 kinetic mobile by American sculptor Joel Hotchkiss (born 1949). Executed in the style of Alexander Calder, this features black metal blades and curving aluminium framing that balancing mounted fabric circles of bright red, yellow and blue, connected with narrow wire. It is signed and dated on a larger panel.
