A children’s rocking chair. This chair features a black finish and gold tone detail throughout with a curved crest rail and slender spindles flanked by turned stiles joining curved armrests on turned supports flanking a wooden seat rising on turned legs and terminating on runners. The crest rail features a gold tone depiction of children at play. There are no visible maker’s marks.
