A collection of Adams serving wares in the Della Robia pattern. The Adams Titan Ware was first patented in 1922. This set consists of molded decoration on the borders in the style of the Italian majolica by the Italian sculptor from Florence Luca Della Robbia. The group is composed of two lidded oval vegetable dishes, a small jug, a sauce boat with under tray, an oval platter. two square plates, an egg cup and an open oval vegetable. The collection has printed marks reading ‘Adams Titan Ware’ and Royal Ivory England Patented 70566’. Please see 055, 054, and 053 for matching pieces.
