A collection of Adams tea wares in the Della Robia pattern The Adams Titan Ware was first patented in 1922. This set consists of molded decoration on the borders in the style of the Italian majolica by the Italian sculptor from Florence, Luca Della Robbia. The group is composed of a teapot with an acorn finial, covered sugar with acorn finial, a cream jug, milk jug, and eleven cups and saucers. The collection has printed marks reading ‘Adams Titan Ware’ and Royal Ivory England Patented 70566’. Please see 17IND088-055, 17IND088-053, and 17IND088-065 for matching pieces.
