A Westmoreland Glass Co. yellow glass vanity set, circa 1940-50s. This hand painted set features a white daisy design painted on a translucent yellow glass. This set includes two jars, one lidded jar, and an oval tray, with clear yellow glass stoppers/knob. Several include the Westmoreland Glass foil sticker. Westmoreland Glass Co. was founded in 1889 in Grapeville, Pennsylvania primarily producing pressed glass tableware. In the 1920s they began producing high quality hand decorated cut glass, such as this set.
