A vintage crewel embroidered sampler titled Old Williamsburg: Raleigh Tavern. The work features a depiction of figures in period costume in front of a home in colonial Williamsburg. It is signed ‘Margaret C. Johnston’ and dated ‘1951’. The work is presented in a gold brushed wood frame and under glass.
Condition
-slight yellowing to the fabric; light water stain to the center.
