Together With The Declaration of Independence; the Conſtitution of the State of Pennſylvania; and the Articles of Confederation of the United States of America. This book of laws, predating the Constitution of the United States by five years, was prepared by Thomas McKean and printed and sold by Francis Bailey of Philadelphia in 1782. The book is a brown leatherbound folio hardcover with raised bands.
