A collection of limited edition offset lithographs after watercolor paintings by Paul Sawyier titled Peak’s Mill and Peak’s Mill Bend. Peak’s Mill depicts a house surrounded by trees and other foliage on a bank above a stream and is signed in the plate to the lower right. Peak’s Mill Bend depicts a bend in a stream overhung by trees on the edge of a high bank. It is signed in the plate to the lower left. The collection of unframed prints includes four copies of Peak’s Mill numbered: 88, 89, 90, and 302 in an edition of 395; and two copies of Peak’s Mill Bend_ numbered 217 and 143 in an edition of 1,000.

Condition

- some age discoloration to the prints, more significant to “Peak’s Mill Bend” prints which also have slight staining at edges.

Dimensions

- measurements of one “Peak’s Mill” print; each “Peak’s Mill Bend” print is 10.0" W x 6.5" H.
