Item Details

A Louis XV style Maitland-Smith mahogany partner desk. This large rectangular wooden desk features four cabinets and six drawers with bronze tone metal hardware. The wood desk is elaborately carved with lion heads and lion feet on the base. The top work surface is covered in three black leather panels. The desk is decorated on all sides with two matching front sides allowing two people to work at the same time. It is marked on the bottom ‘Maitland-Smith, Hand Made in the Philippines, 118’.
