Original 1950s Chesterfield Cigarettes Poster Advertisement
Item Details
An original 1950s offset lithographic poster advertisement for Chesterfield Cigarettes for Ligget & Myers Tobacco Company. The poster is headlined, ‘Buy Here for Father’s Day June 15th’, followed by the imagery of a young boy holding a gift box of Chesterfield cigarettes with a label that says ‘To Dad From Jack’. Bold, blue text reads, ‘Dad Always Buys Chesterfield’. Lithographed in the U.S.A. This piece is not framed.
Condition
- poster is tri-fold and is creased accordingly. Wear along edges and creases. Minor tears in a few areas along edges.
