Raymond Guerrier Signed Limited Edition Stone Lithograph

An original signed limited edition artist’s proof stone lithograph on Rives fine printmaking paper by listed French Cubist painter and printmaker Raymond Guerrier (1920 – 2002). The print depicts a grassy field where a group of horses graze peacefully. The piece is printed in neutral shades of black and gold with gritty, gestural linework. The print is signed and numbered ‘Epreuvre d’Artiste XIII/XX’ in pencil to the lower corners. The print is presented behind non-glare glass in an angled wooden frame with brown finish and a hanging wire attached to the verso. A sticker from Cincinnati’s Closson Gallery is attached to the verso.
Condition
- yellowing nad foxing across paper. Scratching to frame’s finish.
