A signed limited edition serigraph on paper by well-listed and renowned Geometric Minimalist wildlife artist Charley Harper (Cincinnati, Ohio; 1922 – 2007), titled Racc An’ Ruin. The print depicts a mischevious raccoon pilfering a chest of drawers filled with shining jewelry and accessories, his eye glowing vivid yellow in the center of the otherwise dark scene. The print is signed and numbered 429/1500 in pencil to the lower corners. It is matted in white and is presented behind glass in a wooden frame with cast surface texture, gold tone finish, and a hanging wire. Information about the piece is attached to the verso.
Condition
- large crease to left center area of paper; has caused ink to crack.
