A 1973 signed limited edition serigraph on paper by well-listed and renowned American Modernist wildlife artist and conservationist Charley Harper (Cincinnati; 1922 – 2007), titled Best Dressed (Wood Duck). The image depicts a very handsome drake wood duck cruising along the surface of a shallow area of a pond, moments after a crisp autumn leaf has gently landed on the water in front of him. The print is numbered 1168/1500 and signed by the artist in pencil to the bottom margin; mounted under cream matting, behind glass in a silver tone brushed metal frame, equipped to hang.
Condition
- frame is scratched and dented in a few areas.
