A pair of mixed media paintings on paper by Cydney Grossman (born 1909). The pieces are done in pastel and gouache and both feature ballerinas preparing for a performance while another male dancer looks on. Both pieces are signed by the artist – one to the lower left corner and one to the lower right. Both are presented behind a mat and glass in simple wooden frames and wired for hanging.

Condition

- light toning to drawings, toning and stains to mats, light wear to frame.
