This collection features the French-language monograph Le Ballet by Boris Kochno with Maria Luz (Paris: Hachette, 1954), a hardcover book with bound-in original color lithographs by Picasso. Also included are Images of the Dance: Historical Treasures of the Dance Collection 1581–1861 by Lillian Moore (New York: The New York Public Library, 1965), Dance: A Very Social History by Carol Wallace et al. (New York: The Metropolitan Museum of Art, 1986), an English-language edition of Ballets Suédois by Bengt Häger (London: Thames and Hudson, 1990) and the Newman Album of Classical Dances by Albert W. Newman (Philadelphia: Theo. Presser Co., 1923).
