A small, vintage Elgin 14K yellow gold pocket watch. This pocket watch features an open-front dial with sunk seconds subdial at the six o’clock position and a single diamond accent set iinside an eight-point star to the back dust cover. The watch hangs from a 10K yellow gold rolo chain fob with a safety pin closure.
