A handwoven nomadic Turkish kilim accent rug. The rug features a salmon colored field with a double Dyrnak style gul composed of beige, orange, yellow, light khaki green, and brown tones. The border is composed of a hexagonal shield design. It has embroidered elements throughout, with several layers of overcasting to the selvedge, and bound warp ends. The rug is unmarked to the reverse.

Condition

- to fair for age; holes to interior. Stray threads to the reverse are indicative of the handcrafting process.
