A hand-knotted Chinese Nichols style accent rug. The rug features a tan central field with a deep blue floral covered tree with exotic birds. The rug has a deep blue border with purple and blue foliate medallions. It has overcast edges and cotton war fringe. This piece is unmarked to the reverse.

- fringe worn heavily; an area of rewoven repair to one corner which appears to be professionally done.
