Ben Avram Oil Abstract Painting of a Cityscape

An oil painting on paper of a cityscape by Israel born artist Ben Avram (born 1937). Signed by hand to the lower left corner, the abstract painting with some impasto details depicts a city filled with elaborate architecture. Mounted under a triple layer of blue, peach and white matting and liners, the painting is presented under glass in a stained wood frame. A wire for hanging purposes and a gallery decal are present to the verso of the frame. Avram is best known for his paintings of landscapes.
