Signed by hand and dated ‘83’ to the lower right corner, the piece depicts sitting in an courtyard surrounded by tall buildings accented with balconies. Mounted under a single layer of orange matting, the watercolor is presented under glass in a gold tone metal frame. A wire for hanging purposes is present to the verso of the frame

- toning to painting; scattered stains to top of the watercolor; faint scratches to frame.
