Original 1919 Jell-O Advertisement from "The Delineator" Magazine

An original 1919 advertisement for Jell-O from the February 1919 issue of The Delineator. The magazine was aimed at an audience of women during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The illustration depicting two disappointed children faced with eating apples for dessert was created by Rose O’Neill. O’Neill also created Kewpies. The name and date of the magazine issue are printed in the upper left corner. The advertisement has been matted in gray with a light wood frame with a picture wire on the reverse.
