Two signed etchings on paper titled Knife River Post Office and Evening on the Trail by listed artist Hans Klieber (1887-1967). These American western style intaglio prints depict a stage coach carrying mail arriving at a primitive frontier post office; and an evening scene of circled wagons and pioneer travelers gathered around a dinner fire. Both works are signed in graphite in the lower right. They are presented under glass with white mats in black wood frames. A hanging wire is included mounted to the verso of both.

both prints and frames in good condition.
