An oil on masonite landscape by Maurice Frederick Codner (English, 1888-1958). The work depicts a broad street leading to a large building. It is signed in the lower right and housed in a gesso and wood carved frame. A pair of labels remain from W.T. Burger & Co. gallery on verso.

- good; moderate edge wear to frame (chipped gesso along bottom panel)
