An oil painting on canvas titled Rooftops by listed Spanish artist Manuel Cuberos (b. 1933). Depicted is a Spanish landscape scene among the rooftops of hillside villas. Signed to the lower right in paint. WT Burger Co. label present to the verso. Presented without glass, with a white linen mat, in a beveled wood frame.

- remnants of paper backing adhere to back stretchers; brown mark to left of linen liner; wear to frame; nicks to center right and upper left of frame.
