An oil painting on canvas board by listed artist Murat Kaboulov (1939 – 2010) of an abstract composition. This painting depicts a loose layering of pastel tones, in addition to a vibrant tangerine with pops of magenta and lavender. They composition is accented with gestural applications of black brush strokes. To the lower margins is a painted artist signature. Murat Kaboulov was a Russian-born and educated artist who emigrated to Tennessee in 1992. His works are in the collections of several art museums in Russia.
