A lithograph poster on paper for the 30th anniversary of The Universal Decoration of Human Rights, written in 1948 by the United Nations General Assembly in Palais de Chaillot, Paris. The poster includes the image of an original work of art by Alan E. Cohen, originally created in 1975, and a quote from the Supreme Court decision of Plessy v. Ferguson. The image is signed and dated in plate to the lower right corner. Housed in a silver-tone metal frame with acrylic glass
