An original abstract acrylic painting on unstretched canvas by contemporary American artist Robbie Kemper (Cincinnati, Ohio; born 1957), titled Red Loop on Gray. The painting depicts a linear form painted in shades of red, black, and charcoal gray against a pale gray and white background. Artist signature is signed to the lower left, and the piece is signed and titled to the verso. Kemper studied art at the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning, and is currently a studio resident at the Pendleton Art Center in the historic district of Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, Ohio.
