Limited Edition Serigraph on Paper "Pollera"
Item Details
A limited edition serigraph on paper titled Pollera, crated in 1982. With a limited palette of red, yellow, gold, blue, and white, this work features a circular bust portrait of a Panamanian woman wearing traditional attire including an elaborate tembleque and mola panels. The portrait is framed in a circular magenta border and an abstract curvilinear design fills the lower part of the composition below the portrait. The work is illegibly signed by hand in graphite to the lower left, and numbered 18 out of an edition of 100; it is titled to the lower center; The work is presented under glass in a red wood frame. Present to the verso is a descriptive label and handwriting providing donation credits.
