Fabulous French Victorian Walnut Triple-Mirrored Armoire

Item Details

A French Victorian walnut triple-mirrored breakdown armoire. This elegant and commanding piece feature three beveled mirrored doors, the center door larger and designed with an arched top; all having rounded corner design. The armoire is topped with a lovely seashell and scrolling acanthus leaf crest. Corner pilasters are detailed with delicate foliate carvings. The base frieze is scalloped and molded, accepted with seashell carvings. The ornate cabriole legs are similarly carved with shell and leaves with raised feet. The cabinet to each end are outfitted with three adjustable wooden shelves, while the larger center cabinet has three wooden shelves and two pull out drawers. The sides are framed and paneled.
