LM Hof Mantel Clock

Item Details

An LM Hof mantel clock. This gold tone metal clock’s face features black Roman numerals with hour, minute and second hands. ‘LM Hof’ is marked above ‘VI’. The piece has elaborate scrollwork to the face and scrolled supports at the base over a rectangular, footed pedestal. Similar scrollwork is at the top. Engraved near the winding mechanism at the back is ‘1377385 – 15 Jewels’ and ‘8’ in a triangle. Another mark at the base is ‘240 – 625’. This clock was not tested.

Condition

- surface scratching consistent with use; worn edges reveal silver metal underneath; not tested.
