A power loomed Indo-Persian Kerman area rug. The rug displays a turquoise colored round medallion with flanking pendants set atop a crimson colored lozenge field. The field is surrounded by intricate broken spandrels in navy and turquoise. Surrounding the field is an oversize meandering palmette border with flanking herati and sawtooth minor borders. The rug terminates in cotton warp fringe at ends.
