A limited edition offset lithograph after a original 1881-85 pastel drawing on paper by Edgar Degas (French, 1834-1917), now part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston. Titled Danseuses au Repos, this depicts two resting ballet dancers in practice tutus sitting down, heads bowed. The print is signed in plate, and titled and attributed below. It is numbered 29 out of an edition of 60. It is mounted with a black mat with gold tone trim, under glass in a black frame that is wired for hanging.
