A pair of offset lithographs on paper titled Approach of Night and The Ferry Inn by British artist James Gozzard (1862 – 1939). Approach of Night features a realist rendition of a man and two horses riding toward a country hamlet with a windmill on a dirt road, against a stormy sky. The second piece, The Ferry Inn, features an atmospheric view of an inn on a muddy road by the shore of a body of water, with figures walking along the road. These pieces are presented unsigned under glass, in gold tone wood frames with hanging wires to the versos.

- wear to frames, particularly corners; scratches and nicks to finish.
