A grouping of two hand colored etchings and a black and white photograph. The first of these prints features an Impressionist style view of the Pantheon in evening light, with small figures on the street. It is signed illegibly to the lower right, and titled and dated 2000 to the lower left. The second etching presents a realistic view of a building with two towers, across a plaza, rendered in expressive marks with watery colors, and unsigned. The final piece depicts a statue of the crucifixion between two light poles, silhouetted against a foggy cityscape, signed in pencil to the lower right, appearing to read ‘Fredrick Taylor ’96’. All three pieces are presented under mats and glass, in wood frames with hanging hardware to the versos.
Condition
- worn frame finishes; glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; light staining throughout mats.
