A gouache painting on papyrus. This simple composition depicts a small group of papyrus plants growing in water. They are reflected back in the calm blue water below. It is signed illegibly by the artist to the lower right corner. The piece is presented behind a blue mat and glass in a gold tone frame with a sawtooth bracket for hanging.
