A signed limited edition artist’s proof engraving with hand-pulled lithographic color on paper by famed Spanish Surrealist Salvador Dalì’s (1904 – 1989), titled L’unicorne laser désintégre les cornes de rhinoceros cosmique (The Unicorn Disintegrates the Horns of the Cosmic Rhinoceros) from the artist’s series La Conquête du Cosmos. The mixed media work depicts a hectic scene where a unicorn and amorphous form make their way across a mountainous landscape. The mixed media work is signed by Dalì and numbered LXIV/CLXXXXV in pencil to the lower corners. It is framed using an acid free white mat with an inset black wood interior filet frame and is presented behind conservation clear UV protective glass with both a black wood and a silver wood exterior frame, the silver frame with a brushed silver tone finish. A certificate of authenticity from Animation & Fine Art Galleries is included.
